Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you don't find what you're looking for, our team is just a phone call or message away. We're always happy to help you Dump Like a Boss!

How do I choose the right dumpster?
Our team is happy to help you choose the right size based on your project. We offer 10, 20, and 30-yard roll-off dumpsters.

How quickly can you deliver?
We offer prompt delivery, and same-day service may be available depending on scheduling.

Do I need to be on the job site/ home?
No. Simply tell us where you'd like the dumpster placed, and we'll take care of the rest.

What can I put in the dumpster?
Construction debris, household junk, furniture, wood, drywall, roofing materials, yard debris, and most non-hazardous waste.

What can't I put in the dumpster?
Automotive fluids and materials (oil, fuel, antifreeze, batteries, tires (unless prior approval). Hazardous, toxic, or regulated waste. Containers, tanks, drums, cylinders, or pressurized vessels. Paints, paint thinners, solvents, adhesives, resins, sealants. Highly flammable, combustible, or explosive substances. *Metal. Any material classified as hazardous waste by law.

*A container designated for metal only may be provided. The container must contain metal exclusively and cannot be mixed with any other debris.

How much debris can I put in the dumpster?
Materials may be filled to the rim but must not extend above it. For safe transportation, the dumpster must be securely tarped. Debris above the rim can damage the tarp and create an unsafe condition for transport.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
We take every precaution to protect your property. However, due to the weight of loaded containers, driveway damage can occur. We recommend placing plywood beneath the container if desired.

What do I need to do before delivery?
Please ensure the delivery location has clear, safe, and legal access for our trucks. The Customer is responsible for providing adequate ingress and egress. Any towing, recovery, or additional service charges resulting from inaccessible or unsafe site conditions after our vehicle leaves a public roadway will be the Customer's responsibility.

Can I move the dumpster after it's delivered?
No. Once a dumpster has been placed, it must not be moved or relocated by the Customer or any third party. If the container needs to be repositioned, please contact Boss Lady Disposal to schedule a relocation.

Can Boss Lady Disposal refuse delivery?
Yes. For the safety of our drivers, equipment, and your property, we reserve the right to refuse delivery or placement if site conditions are determined to be unsafe, inaccessible, or hazardous.

Do I need a permit?
A permit may be required if the dumpster is placed on a public street. Dumpsters placed on private property typically do not require a permit.
